The kitchen and numerous amenities (fiber optic Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and awning, as well as a garage and parking for a convenient and peaceful holiday.
Located 300 m from the sea and 800 m from the town center, the bus station is 1 km away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.
