Located at the mouth of the Charente, the peninsula of Fouras extends, over 4 km, its five sandy beaches, as well as its three ports, protected from heavy waves by the islands of Aix, Oléron and Ré. Welcome to Fouras at 4 rue Clemenceau Villa "Ajoupa" beach north. Near the pier of the island of Aix and the famous Fort Boyard, this house has a private entrance, as well as a parking in the park. Home consisting of: room of life, equipped and done up kitchen, 2 rooms, room of water, toilet. Garden with garden furniture. LOCATION: 200 m from the city center. 50m from the beach. EQUIPMENTS: TV in the living room. Appliances: induction hob, washing machine, microwave. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Consumption: water, electricity included in the rental price. Tourist tax: 0.85 euros per night and per person, payable locally. Bon accueil et bien placĂ©. On peut tout faire a pied. Manque de materiel pour le mĂ©nage (l’aspi n’a pas de bras correspondant). La vaisselle est juste (Achat d’une louche) et verres trop justes. Sinon ca va.Proprietaire agrĂ©able. (On a oubliĂ© nos bonnets et il nous les garde si on repasse un jour. Merci)

Chauffage d’appoint car chaudiĂšre dĂ©fectueuse. 14 degrĂ©s dans la cuisine le 2 janvier nous avons quittĂ© les lieux le 2 au matin au lieu du 5 car il faisait trop froid selon les piĂšces. Week-end de repos gĂąchĂ©. Le propriĂ©taire n'aurait pas dĂ» louer connaissant le problĂšme de chauffage.

La maison est d'Ă©poque et trĂšs spacieuse, vous ne pourrez pas ĂȘtre plus prĂšs de la mer. Les prestations sont conformes Ă  l annonce de plus, par grosse chaleur ellle reste fraĂźche ce qui n est pas rien. L'hĂŽte est trĂšs accueillant et fort simpatique. Nous reviendrons merci.

Tres belle maison

La maison de Frederic est confortable, belle et spacieuse. On s'y sent trÚs bien. Les meubles sont aciens, belle hauteur, parquet, beaucoup de cachet et de charme. La plage est à quelques mÚtres et le centre-ville et son marché à quelques minutes de marche. Nous disposions de tout l'étage et du jardin. C était vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons sans doute.

Une location avec un goût de reviens-y !

Villa de vacances trĂšs agrĂ©able et typique de Fouras. Les piĂšces sont trĂšs spacieuses. Le jardin est sympa et arborĂ© avec un barbecue. SituĂ©e Ă  2 pas de tout, plage, commerces, fĂȘte foraine... Son propriĂ©taire est trĂšs attachant, accessible et arrangeant. Nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs et n'hĂ©siterons Ă  revenir.
