"I had a fairly poor experience. I stayed two nights over there. My room didn’t have hangers so I asked the front desk to send me hangers and they said they will. The y never sent hangers during my stay!
Last morning I had early meeting and I went out early and when I came back to the hotel was 9 am. I asked the front desk when is ending of serving the breakfast and the lady that apparently it was her first day said 10:30 am. So I said I will go and wrap up my luggage and come down for breakfast.
I came back at 10:00 am and saw they cleaned up!!
I asked the front desk and they said it finished at 10 am!!!
I asked if they can have a solution since their statement was misleading, and the supervisor also said i cannot do anything and I need to ask owner of hotel for this simple thing!! I said or , then can you ask? She said he is not available.
Without any resolution , I left.
