The hotel seemed to be involved in something shady. There were parties and police every night

I liked that the location was close to PPIR. Aside from that...it wasn’t very clear, it was very dated, it was super noisy. The room next door to me was up all night both Friday and Saturday talking, fighting, pounding on the door, leaving and entering to presumably smoke...simply awful. I did not get much rest either night. I’ll never stay there again, likely never risk staying at another Motel 8.

Close to airport and good rate. I had requested non-smoking but I detected smoke smell in the room throughout. After the first night, I woke up with swellings on my chest, hands, and send, which I attributed to bed bugs or mosquitoes. I told front desk about, requesting that they change my bed sheets or assign me another room, if the insect bites persisted. They promptly complied with my request. Overall, a quiet, pleasant stay.

Horrible. Creepy people hanging around outside. Staff in no hurry to help us check in. Hotel smelled like pot especially in lobby. Police showed up to handle a domestic conflict. We did not feel our car and trailer were safe so we left about an hour after we checked in. Drove to the next town and had to stop at four hotels to find a room.

Stayed for a week. Never saw any of the staff changing sheets. Ours where disgusting. Had blood, and other fluid stains on it. Had a single queen room. Looks like they just too the extra queen bed out. Had no towels when we got there. Room keys disabled every 12 or so. Over all, disappointing. Location is a little schechy but if you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two it's not that bad.

Unsafe and terrible location. This was a terrible location and was not safe for me to stay. I had to book my stay some place else and lost my money.

Stay away! Where to start... We drive up (wife, kids and I) and the worker with apparently a bunch of buddies (who seem to live at the hotel above the lobby) are all up front smoking right next to the door. Not friendly at all. Starting around midnight there was a couple out back yelling/cussing at each other. A/C didn't work so had to open the window. The whole building smelled of smoke. Questionable people walking around the hotel all night (inside and out). I literally could go on forever! Stay far away from this place!

It was really good. Rooms were clean. Even though we reached really late, the person at reception was very helpful in making the process smooth.

We were returning home from a long road trip. This hotel was a stopping point on the way. The room was very clean, front desk was helpful. If you need a room in Fountain to sleep and shower, this is a good choice. Breakfast was nothing special. Cereal, waffles, sweet rolls.

Chose this place because of location in Fountain. Has plenty of parking if you're pulling a trailer. Room was clean. Staff was polite and willing to help. Breakfast wasn't so great. Waffle machine out of order and pastries seemed stale.

staff went out their way to go abov4 and beyond their jobs.

"We're staying at a truck stop"? That was the first question out of my mouth, as our GPS directed us towards the street the Super 8 is on. My husband and I looked at each other quite concerned; but, we ended up having nothing to worry about. Well, except for our backs, since there was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. I immediately checked the mattresses, carpet and baseboards for bug activity. In all fairness, I probably would have done that in any hotel; but, the low price mixed with supposition about the place being rented hourly, had me wishing I brought a CSI kit and a number for a different hotel. Upon entering, the room, as well as the rest of the hotel, seemed pretty clean and well maintained. We decided to stay one night to give it a try. I'm glad we did. We, being my husband, 6 yr old daughter and 2yr old son. In the spirit of full disclosure, we spent very little time at the hotel. We have family in Colorado Springs and spent most of our time with them or sight seeing. Which is probably why it didn't bother me that only one channel on the TV worked (Thankfully, it was Nick Jr). The paper thin walls and floor would have been an issue too, had we needed to spend more than a couple waking hours there in the am and pm. Asking my kids to walk through the room vs dancing, jumping and galloping was a futile exercise in cat herding, only made tolerable by the fact that I only had to deal with it for a short period of time each day. Anyway, I see that I'm dragging this out a bit. Just know that the continental breakfast was good, saved us money and was readily available in a clean environment. The desk clerks always had a smile, gladly offered excellent sight seeing suggestions and put up with my 2 year old running around and getting into everything. The staff was awesome! The water pressure was good and there was always plenty of hot water! We also loved the wild jack rabbits that hung out around the front area of the place. If you stay here be on the look out for "Hooker", the precious and quite skittish chihuahua, that hangs out by the side of the main road at night. We never saw him/her when we left in the morning. Only late in the evening when we would return. Thankfully, the cute dog was the only evening gallivanter that greeted us. So, all in all, we were pleasantly surprised with The Super 8 of Fountain. It is located right off of I25. It seemed 15 minutes or less away from everywhere we wanted to be. Further down the road, deep in Fountain, is the local Walmart and a fabulous Jack in the Box! We would stay there again!!

the room was dusty, the bed was beat down, and it is in a very noisy location

It was okay for a quick overnight. And that's all i have to say about that.

It was a decent stay. Nothing negative. Breakfast was typical. Clean rooms. Tad far from Colorado Springs, but not horrible. Average.

The location was close to a highway but in an industrial area. It is about 8 miles from 'town'. The check-in and out was quick and simple and staff was nice. Now the 'breakfast buffet' is a joke. It contained mini-bagels, watered-down orange juice, coffee and cereal. The cereal container said captain crunch contained a mixture of fruit loops and corn pops. Trust me these do not go well together. I ended up just finding a Denny's every morning. Also they accepted my pet!!! This made me happy.
