Heater did not work and it was below 30 degrees outside tvs didn’t works I stayed with small children that was rough confined space and nothing for them to do on top of everyone being cold we were wearing double layers and a jacket an I had to go buy blankets it was ridiculous staff offered to move us rooms but the other rooms were just as cold so I guess no heater worked I’m not sure and for the tv I was told they don’t know what’s wrong

I didn’t get to stay there at all. I reserved the room online and gave my debit card, I received my confirmation. It said I would pay for my room upon my arrival. I get there and the lady tells me my room was cancelled. They ran my debit card before I got there and I hadn’t transferred the money yet so my card was declined and they cancelled my reservation. And they had no rooms available. That is messed up! Talk about an inconvenience. And all of this is on New Year’s Eve!

This is the third stay at the property and the cleanliness and upkeep has significantly declined. The apartment/room floor was sticky and not clean. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. The stairwells had trash and blood on the steps all weekend.

The check-in process was a mess. Despite calling ahead and specifically requesting it, no keys were left for us for a 9:00 pm check in - we aren’t talking about late at night - just 9:00. It took more than 30 mins to get it sorted out. Then, there were no sheets for the extra bed in the room, the batteries on tv remotes were dead, and the sofa bed looked as if it had not been cleaned. When I asked for sheets and new batteries, I requested that they be taken care of the next day, and nothing at all was done. We couldn’t use the sofa bed at all. The rooms were also not especially clean - no soap for bathroom sink or kitchen. Really not up to our typical hotels.com stay.
