We started out this trip with the property owner telling me the house was ready for me but that the washing machine was broken. I was ok with the machine being broken as I really had no intention of using the machine. When we got there not only was the washing machine broken but the house cleaners had all the dirty bedding, blankets, towels and other linens piled in the living room. We needed to shower and had no clean towels or anything. A couple of days later the property owner guilted me into being the one to meet with the repair man for the washing machine. I told him I couldn’t and they were pretty insistent that they had no one else that could meet the repair guy. So I left the event I was at and left my kid there with a friend so that I could go meet the repair guy. I waited for 4 1/2 hours on the repair guy for him to not show up due to weather and traffic delays. The property owner then wanted to me to be available for the repair guy to reschedule umm no thank you. This issue could have very well been avoided had the linens been clean upon arrival. The cleaning crew could have taken stuff to laundry mat to have stuff clean. We had to buy comforters for the beds and towels to use. Even if they would have made me aware the week before I could have packed those things. I won’t stay here again. The complete disrespect for my time and the hassle of having to be in charge of meeting the repair guy plus the dirty linens and nothing being available for use never again.

House was clean and welcoming. We were in town for a business conference and 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths made it very easy to all have our space, but also get together to discuss business when we wanted to. Nice fenced in back yard but no patio furniture yet which would have been enjoyable. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
