The floor had not been vacuumed, the water that came out of the bathroom sink smelled like sewer, the air conditioner was very loud and blew right up into the curtain. It sounded like people were roller skating above us. The beds were not very comfortable. We will not go back.

l. Bad Water leak on the floor by bed. Carpet very wet!! 2. Poor breakfast items, served in the hall. 3. A/c on low speed knocked & was loud. 4. Commode seat broken. 5. Bed was not comfortable. Had to ask for a blanket, as only the the bedspread was on the bed. 6. The security was non-existent, as the back door was broken & unlocked during the night & all day. Our room was 2 doors down from the back door. 7. We were unable to use the coffee pot in our room, because it was dirty & smelled like urine. We were very disappointed in this hotel! REFUND REQUESTED!

I was their for 4 nights. Did not go to the breakfast so idk. The room was clean for the most part could use more towels. Towels very small shower tub was just nasty they had a patch over it not sure what was wrong with it. I would not let me child take a bath..

The first room we had on the third floor was super hot upon entry and the AC wouldn't work, even the hallways were a melting pot. The window had ants crawling out of a large crack on the corner. The lady at the front desk immediately changed our room for us, to one across the hall... So we check it out, no bugs, still super hot. The bed was actually pretty nice and the room finally cooled off. Honestly, the bed made the stay worth it... Bugs I can get outside and outside was cooler than the inside. If you're an easy traveler and a cheap place to stay is for you, go for it! Otherwise if you're squeamish to bugs, nope don't do it!

Customer Service: I was not greeted or acknowledged upon my arrival at the front desk for about 5 mins. Considering there was no one else at the front desk or even in the lobby I found this unacceptable. At one point during my stay I had to call to have someone address a couple of issues in my room. The woman that showed up with another employee in training used several four letter words when I showed her the problems. Cleanliness: There were 2 dead bugs, one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom when I arrived. The bug in the bathroom was still there when I checked out. The windows were dirty which is only a big deal because the sun shines through and the smudges and dirt where obvious. There was also dirt build up in the window track. Comfort: I was on the ground floor, the window just slid open, it did not lock shut so anyone from the parking lot could slide the window open and enter the room. I asked that this be fixed, the staff was stumped as to what to do. Maintenance was gone and they didn't know what to do. I suggested they find a dowel, a piece of wood, something to lock the window. The staff did find something to use. The TV did not work, staff needed to come to the room to adjust settings. The faucet in the bathtub was broken, came off in my hand when I turned on the water. Hotel is very close to all the major restaurants and several golfs

I had a good experience with this hotel. Lots of nearby dining. It's a budget place but they know it and set their rates accordingly. Desk guy could have been a little more helpful when I checked out with a broken arm.

Just needed to sleep, so that need was met. Staff was friendly, rugs in hall needed to be cleaned. Coffee pot was located in the restroom (not a sanitary place if you ask me).

Great location right off the highway. Located right in between Texas Motor Speedway and Downtown Ft. Worth. Great bars/pubs/restaurants within walking distance. We were bummed that the pool was down for maintenance, but overall a great place.

HAD TO LEAVE IN TNE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DUE TO INFESTATION OF BUGS IN OUR BED! THE "MANAGER" ON D UTY WAS VERY RUDE AND UNAPOLAGETIC TO THE PROBLEM! I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL NOR RECOMMEND ANYBODY ELSE TO!!!

Check in was seemless and room was clean. The refrigertor was not plugged in when we arrived. The AC made a popping sound every time I turned the temperature down below 74. The bathroom was dated. For $80 plus I expected a little better.

My experience at this facility was the worst I have encountered in several years. The AC unit was so loud that it disruptive my rest. The bedding was terrible. The comforter was a sheet over a thin blanket. There was a foul smell in the room as if it had been cleaned with. Ammonia.

We were disappointed with the staff at the hotel. We checked in on Dec. 22 and were checking out on the 26th. We were staying in two rooms. However, on Dec. 25th a gift bag was removed from one of our rooms. We went down to administration to inform them about it and the manager there handed it to us and told us that the cleaning personnel had brought it down. I have no idea why it was taken from the room because we were not leaving until the 26th. When we checked the bag two movies and a black shirt were missing. We informed the person at the front desk who said was the office manager [...] and he said he would look into it. He then went to talk with the cleaning staff and came back upset and said " They said that that was all that was in there". I mentioned again the articles that were missing and then he said actually it was I who brought the bag down. Do what ever you want. We were very disappointed with this situation and the fact that management and housekeeping staff cover up for each other. We were very disappointed. Guests items should not be remove from rooms and taken down to the front desk for no apparent reason and have thing stolen.

Quick check in and out. Easy to get to from anywhere.
