The description clearly said “Pet Friendly “ - the guests next door to our were screaming and shouting at 4 am and then decided to smoke a joint and fill the space with weed. - the next day, I’m returning from walking our dog, I’m met with an autistic child wondering the halls with no parents insight. If it hadn’t been for me walking our dog, this could’ve end badly. We did end up locating the kids parents in the end. - the pool was alright but could be maintained a bit more than what it was. Will I visit this location again, probably not.

They don’t even have luggage trolley , what the have is airport cart to take luggage on Floors, soap shampoo all very poor quality. Carpets swimming pool super disgusting.

This hotel looks nice on the outside with a great lobby, but the rooms, hallways, and pool were dirty. The first room I was in was not vacuumed and it was dusty. The blankets were stained with large pee stains, pool area very dirty and run down, hallways not vacuumed, bathtub liner was molded on the bottom as well as mold on the ceiling. I asked for new blankets and was told they don’t have any. After switching rooms, the main blanket was better but the decorative was still spotty, room dusty, floor was not vacuumed, and bathroom has same mold. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. There are other great options even if you have to spend a little more.
I liked that it was close to alot of things i like i didnt like the pet friendliness just cause you have to listen to barking dogs 4 in the morn my microwave was broke the workout room has four pieces of equipment and it was out of order the breakfast is not good

I would not stay at this property!! We had to flush the toilets at least 4 times because they have plumbing issues. The room didn't look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned. There were roaches in the room as well. I heard another customer complaining about roaches also. I have left numerous voicemails and also emailed the GM and she will not respond back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We would have if not for all surrounding hotels being booked up.
Everything was fine until we tried to flush our toilet. Someone came to fix it the next morning! Breakfast waffle, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and everything else at your own risk

We liked the room decor. The pool not so much. The hot tub was not quite hot, and the pool ladder had a dangerous loose step. We reported it so hopefully they will fix it. The bed was terrific, except for the pillows. Please, La Quinta, get new pillows! We asked for a replacement and got a slightly better one.
The breakfast was so,so! Hash browns were rock hard! The noise level was horrendous!!! We were in room 223, next to the elevator. All night long all we could hear was slamming doors, people talking, running up and down the hallway. We were woken up several times the first night by the noise and the second night it was so loud that we didn’t get to bed until 2am. Kept our kids up, everyone was exhausted by the time we checked out!!! And I believe what was directly below us on the 1st floor was the reception area, we couldn’t tell where the noise was coming from, it literally sounded like it boardered us but yet it was coming from an area where it seemed there was only a hallway where the elevators were.
Came into the room and the carpet was wet with the fans on them drying them the entire time I was there. The staff made no attempts to give me a different room. Can’t believe the quality is so poor considering the price was so expensive. Would absolutely not return or recommend.
