We reserved 2 queen beds, but got 2 fulls. Room was not in good condition, broken and loose tiles in the entrance and bathroom. One side of the room slopped towards the center of the room. We had to ask for clean towels every day we were there. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

No smoke detector in room, rude night staff, loud patrons

There’s too much noise when someone is ina room beside you just talking. The TV guide us wrong. The channels do not match the guide on the table. The hot water takes awhile to come on. The when it does you have to always adjust it from burning you or bring too cold. Towels need to be put out to pasture when they start becoming stringy. Pillows are the absolute worst. Had a hard time resting every night I was there. Equaled our to 10 days over a 3 week stay. I was required to rent this hotel due to work travel.

Typical business chain hotel. Good all around. Lots of restaurants in area. Good breakfast.

I would not recommend this hotel. My room was hot, the bathtub/shower felt like it was going to fall through - I could feel it giving when I was standing on it (and I'm not heavy). Both regular coffee dispensers were empty at breakfast and it wasn't crowded. The only saving grace was the friendly checkin clerk. This place is not a do over.

Hotel did not have proper functioning A/C, shower or coffee pot! Suggest finding a different hotel in Ft. Worth area if you are staying and want to sleep well and shower in the morning. If not, this is the PLACE FOR YOU!

Simple but nice! Nothing fancy, but the right price.

The hotel staff was very helpful in assisting on things to do, and giving directions.

First the good news, the breakfast was very good. The not so good news is that the walls are paper thin. There was a family in the room next to us the first night and we could everything they were saying and I couldn't even hear the TV clearly. The next day the maid changed the thermostat up 8 degrees and the room was way too hot when we returned. The price basically reflected the overall value.

We stayed two nights but had to move on the second day due to our tub leaking into the room below us. The staff handled it very well but the upgraded room's bed's fitted sheet and mattress cover would not stay on, which was uncomfortable. Pillows weren't great either. Courtney made our stay very pleasant, she was very helpful throughout.

we had to attend a competion at TCU and management was very lenient with checkout time; we had a 3 year that we didn't want to take up there and they were more than accomidating with allowing us to leave late. Great breakfast for the whole family.

The Holiday Inn Express was easy to find, close to many shoppping areas, and restaurants. The room seemed larger than most and extremely clean. All employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was great. In fact we have reservations there again during the summer!!
