A small property and convenient for us visiting family in the area. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Was surprised to find 2 double beds in the room rather than queens. This might have been ok but we had our grandson join us and he is a restless sleeper so it was a little tight. We enjoyed the outdoor pool on a very hot weekend. Hot tub was under repair.
Three of us stayed in the room and in the morning going to the bathroom my brother got stuck in the bathroom for some two hours. They offered no compensation, didn’t even apologize when we checked out. Then I was running late to a meeting I had 1.5 hour drive away
I got a great deal on the price of this hotel, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot. But all of the staff members were extremely friendly, the room was large and comfortable, and we were able to get Starbucks for breakfast right at the hotel. The decor in the breakfast area was very nice and had cozy chairs. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again!

Everything about this Courtyard is great except the strange noises I heard in my room. I was in the back, away from traffic noise and near an outside door where guests could enter, but that wasn't the problem. I heard tapping or thumping noises, apparently coming from inside the walls, off and on my entire stay (obviously more at night when I was in the room and trying to sleep). The first night I noticed the noises, but was very tired and I did sleep fairly well, with only a few disturbances. The second day/night, however, the noises were more bothersome and I woke up several times. All I could figure out was the noises were due to the plumbing or perhaps the mechanicals of the hotel (my room was in the very back, next to an outside door/wall where I noticed vents). Since I was leaving after my second night, I didn't bother to ask for another room, but I thought I'd share my experiences here. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel, it's location (for my purposes, anyway), the friendly staff, the lobby/bistro, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of my room.
Close to our daughter's home. Handy to shopping. Close to I-30 but you would never know-so quiet. Updated and attractive. Very nice lounge area and bar.
Woke us up with a jack hammer at 8am.. continue all day... we check out 3 days early..!!!
Nice place overall. Not top of the line anymore and the room was ok. Nothing bad but not really outstanding. My previous stays in this chain's other locations have been better. Staff was friendly but services were hit and miss.
Just stayed for the night from Frisco to run a 5K the next morning. Staff was very welcoming and when we had an AC issue, they moved us right away to another room.

The hotel was fantastic. I enjoyed the bar and how clean everything is. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The staff was really friendly.
The hotel was very clean and updated. Although the lobby and common areas are small, it was well-kept and sleek. The bed was comfortable as well, and pretty spacious for a 3-star hotel. The location was also very close to the TCU/Fort Worth Zoo area. Overall, great experience and would stay again!

Good location right off of I-30. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. There were amenities missing that I usually receive at the price I paid. There was no frig or microwave in the room, and no continental breakfast.
Bought rate with breakfast - hotel had no record of that and after some discussion agreed to "Not Charge" me for the breakfast. Asked for wake-up call and it never came....thank goodness I wasn't headed to the airport. Bed felt old and was not comfortable.

Just out of curiosity, did Orbitz advertise it as 2 Queen beds? If so, we will reach out to them to have them correct this on their end.
