Didn get room i ordered on orbitz was suppose to be jacuzzi room it wasnt. Room keys kept getting deactivated.

I was double-charged. Booked one evening, and then next day second night at hotel. In both instances hotel charged my credit card in addition to what was paid directly to Orbitz. I now have the task of trying to get refund from hotel, and who has the time for this nonsense.

Quiet and close to everything, shopping and restaurants

This is a fairly nice hotel for the area. We stayed two nights while visiting the area. Close to any shopping or dining you could ask for. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. The pool and pool area could use a good scrubbing down. The pool was warmer than the hot tub.

Enjoyed hot tub after a long day of driving! Bed was very comfortable! Nice breakfast but some meat (bacon, sausage) would have been nice to have!

Complete and horrible experience. Hotel staff were completely rude to us and our guests that came for a visit. Ended up leaving a hour after checking in. Had to rebook a room at the Hampton inn (which was a far better place to stay). I would definitely stay away from this hotel.

Room was dirty gross. Bed was full of haired and other stuff. Did not sleep in it. Floors were filthy. Check in took 15 minutes. Tons of options in the area, pick another.

Was a nice room. Only issue we had was teenagers running the halls at night and smoking in the building.

The hotel is located just off the highway exit and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, coffee, convenience and necessity vendors. It is one exit from Auburn Auctions Park. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is served every day, as well as a snack spread every afternoon. If you're looking for a gym, however, keep looking. There is a small, unventilated room with a treadmill and one other machine (can't remember if it's a stair master, rowing machine, or stationary bike). Overall our stay was very pleasing.

Hot tub was not hot and the Jets did not work. Breakfast was horrible brown bananas and cold coffee. After swimming had to take a shower, felt all grimy. Towels for pool area are way too small.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfy. Will stay again.

My experience is very good people were great they allowed me for a late checkout which I really appreciated

Arrived after midnight, but still easy to check in. Pleasant room. Only one complaint air conditioner was very loud every time it came on. Everything else was very nice.

My boyfriend lives in a neighboring town, I travel to down to Indiana to see him once a month and this is the best hotel I have stayed in yet

very accomodating staff. great breakfast buffet.

The staff at your hotel were very courteous and helpful. We were very disappointed that they were unable to get our safe in working order. They came within 15 minutes of our call to change out batteries to try to make it work. That didn't work. We asked if we could leave our valuables in another safe perhaps at the desk while we went out for the evening -- that safe was just a bag placed under a chair at the front office. We suggest you have an actual safe for situations like ours where the room safe doesn't work.

Hotel was very modern, clean, and service was excellent.

We spent 2 nights here. It's a small town so the location was fine. The pool was always busy with families and kids. Something to remember if you don't like noise, ask for a room away from the pool. We were on the second floor over the pool. We could hear everything, but it quieted down later at night. Small pool, but well maintained. Has a hot tub too. Breakfast faire was the standard bagels, cereal, make your own waffles. Room was clean with fresh bed sheets. Good clean value hotel with very close access to the standard generica strip shops and chain restaurants.
