The bed in the room was comfortable and I was able to get decent rest. However, I arrived very late at night due to a flight delay, and the room I was assigned had issues with the charging outlet and the bed-side lights not working. I called the front desk, and the staff member checked the room and said someone would fix it the next day. I asked if I could be moved to another room, but was told the hotel was overbooked.
Since it was already around 1:30 AM, I ended up fixing the issue myself by moving the bed, which was frustrating given how late it was. There were alternative outlets in the room, but they were far from the bed and not very convenient. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom was in poor condition and had an unpleasant odor. The location is convenient and close to the highway, but if the hotel continues to be this busy, it would really benefit from renovating the bathrooms and addressing basic room maintenance issues.
