Hotels with Suites in Fort Walton Beach

"After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant on staying here but it was everything we were looking for so I bit the bullet.. Here’s my honest review.. First off the hotel is older the common areas are beautiful and Kathy at the front desk was fabulous! We got a room on the gulf side with a beautiful view. The room itself is dated they did “remodel” however it still shows its age. Room service only comes every other day of your stay for whatever reason they didn’t come the day before our last day and we needed towels and toilet paper. I asked for someone to come and no one did unfortunately so I do feel there is some need for some customer service improvement. The pool closest to the hot tub is supposed to be to be heated and it most definitely isn’t. Both pools were pretty cold. There are large games also for the kids to play and lots of sitting areas. There are two restaurants on site and we did order from both of them one did put our order thru multiple times so just make sure that dosent happen to you. This hotel has its own access to the beach, chairs are available for rent ($50 a day) there is a resort fee of $100 that includes parking and a $25 food credit per day except the day you leave. Overall this place was good for our trip. We all had a great time!"
