At 10pm we don't need a hassle, trying to figure out our marriott rewards or bonvoy, or whatever it is, and having to go back and forth to a cell phone to get a code because they can't get into the system, because it's difficult for them because your corporate headquarters makes rewards far too difficult. Also added money for parking no joke. Ridiculous

We usually use Fairfield Inn & Suites while traveling and have been happy with the stays. For the first time there was a charge for parking. Given the location of the hotel and parking lot this is ridiculous. The breakfast was depleted by 8:00 in the morning. No milk or yogurt and various other breakfast items.
