The front desk person was friendly and helpful. Our room was very good with a large room, living area, mini fridge and microwave. Furnishings were nice and in great condition. We loved the hot tub and pool. The only negative was ice machines were out of service.

Run down joint.

Reviews were very good but not what was advertised pictures were 20 years old place was run down nothing worked ice machine broke fella gave me an old dingy back of ice out of his freezer. Room 115 bathroom door looked like a dog chewed it half way off flopping in the breeze. Room to room walls are not insulated you can hear people talking in the room next to ours. Will not stay there again. Talked to front desk fella didn’t care and just shrugged his shoulders.

Good value!

Great value for a quick one night stay while driving through. The bed was really comfortable. The rooms were updated, simply, but enough so that everything felt fresh and clean. Lots of space. Check in was easy. Breakfast was light on protein but convenient.

the catch at the upper part that swivels over the keep the door from opening was broken and we slide the desk table in front of the door as a precautionary measure. in addition to the catch being broken we heard and incredibly loud argument when we pulled up to our room,which doesn't give you any confidence about your safety. the room was ok but I probably would not stay here again

The floor tiles were coming unglued. I slipped twice. The exercise room had empty beer cans all over the place and none of the machines worked. However the Pool Atrium was beautiful.

This is a motel, not hotel (some descriptions say hotel.) Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is nice (indoors) and my toddler loved swimming. The rooms are old, but functional. It was nice to have a full sized fridge. I did not try and can’t speak to the usability of the stove top or dishwasher. Bathroom smelled a little musty, but would be fine after a face lift.

The atrium has really run down, it needs lot of maintenance throughout, the trees and greenery are very dusty and need to be maintained. This was a beautiful place years ago and still could be if it was maintained. The guy at check in was very friendly and professional

I was pleasantly surprised how nice my room was considering I had my small dog with me. It was a large room and had everything I needed for a nights stay. I had a ground level room where I was able to park my car right in front. I would stay there again on my next road trip.

This was an unscheduled stay at the last minute. They were able to accommodate us needing a ground floor room. We were amazed upon entering, the room was very big. The property was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Beautifully maintained property!

Property is a little rough around the edges, but overall an exceptional value. Common areas show signs of aging, but they are in the middle of renovations. Room was set up nicely and comfortable, atrium level with access to the pool and spa. Very beautiful space!
