The first employee when I checked in was extremely helpful and kind . I truly appreciated her . It was the employee that was working when I checked out . She was rude, impatient and it looked like she was bothered when I asked for a receipt . ( I never ended up getting a receipt) . Other than that everything was great .

An easy overnight with efficient check-in, clean room, friendly staff, efficient check-out and on my way.

The pool was a little dirty, but it had been very windy. Everything else was GREAT!

Arrived at the hotel December 30, 2015 at 10:30 PM. Just on the way back home from a ski trip, our room was on the third floor and there was no working elevator. They offered to comp us a free bottle of water to make it up to us. Cold shower, white stains on sofa.

Very friendly staff. They were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. My 2 year old was getting out of hand during breakfast so the receptionist took action and brought over crayons and paper to color on.

We were looking for a couple rooms not too far from Pecos. This fit the bill. Nothing fancy, nothing special. Nice staff. The remote in the room only changed the channel, volume and power wouldn't work. The free "hot" breakfast consisted of biscuits, potatoes, eggs and waffle.

Convenient to restaurants and interstate. Room was clean and comfortable.

We loved the clean, freshness of Hampton Inn-Ft. Stockton. My husband doesn't like hotels because of the fragrances used to cover up smells, but he said he could always stay at Hampton. The breakfast was the best in all the hotels we have stayed at. This trip, we stayed here going to Santa Fe, as well as returning a week later because it was so great! The beds were extremely comfortable and staff was very cheerful while being wonderfully professional. Both of us will try to stay at Hampton Inns for all our travel needs. Thanks.

The establishment was excellent as expected. Staff was courteous and outstanding in every aspect.

Very nice! Great place to stop after a long road trip. People were very cordial. Enjoyed it.

We hit a deer on our trip and had to go home. We called Hampton Inn to cancel. They told us that we had no reservation that we must be mistaken. This morning I have a $157.00 charge to my bank from Hampton Inn. Imagine that !!!!
