Welcome to a stunning, turnkey executive home in the gated community of Marina Bay. This home offers it all: convenient access to I-75 and Southwest Florida Regional Airport and Private Sky Aviation. Minutes from the shopping at Gulf Coast Town Center, Miramar Outlets and Bell Tower Shops as well as a host of dining options. Minutes from the Red Sox and Twins stadiums. Once you enter the lushly landscaped 24-hour manned gated community, you will have a host of amenities at your disposal at the well-appointed clubhouse. The home sits on an oversized lot with a picturesque lake view from your private pool featuring four bedrooms, four full baths, three of which are ensuites and a den with a Murphy bed. The home offers sleeping accommodations for 12, a gourmet kitchen and family sized living and dining rooms. The main suite boasts a tub and separate shower with double vanities. The laundry room contains a full-size washer/dryer and a secondary refrigerator. The outdoor space features seating areas and dining overlooking the lake from the picture frame screened in cage. The outdoor space includes a grilling area, gas fire pit and outdoor TV for many hours of living enjoyment for the entire family. All renters will be subject to HOA regulations as provided.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a sofa bed.
