Second floor, two bedroom and two bathroom condo located at the Gardens of Beachwalk. Master bedroom has a king bed and guest room has two twins, Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Sleeper sofa in living room with a den area. Inside laundry with full size washer and dryer. Wi-fi and cable included. Complex is gated with heated swimming pool, fitness room and lots of lakes. Great for walking and biking. Walk to grocery store. Outlet shops and restaurants close by. Fort Myers Beach is a 5 mile drive. Check out the beaches of Sanibel island also a short drive. Airport is close by. Grounds are very well maintained with lots of tropical landscaping.

Sadly disappointed in overall cleaniness of 214 when we arrived. Seems as if it had not been rented in quite a while? We spent at least 2 weeks on and off getting it clean to are comfort. Kitchen needs addition wares, such as sugar bowl, etc. more cook ware. I have pictures I forwarded to Rita our host. She did agree to refund our cleaning fee.

We had a great time, lots of great people. The biggest thing that was difficult for us was, we had a second floor and the 17 steps were alot, but overall worth it. Hopefully we will be back next year.

My 1st experience renting a condo (site unseen) was a very nice surprise

The efficiency and communication dealing with Rita was very good. The apartment was very, very clean and fully stocked with kitchen necessities necessary for my stay. I chose not to use the dishwasher, coffee set up , vacuum cleaner. The washer/dryer was the best convenience I tried to leave the rooms as close to how Ifound them My one big complaint was the nuisance of hanging my apt info on my car each night Once the management has my car info why not just keep a record for security Overall, I would rent again Thank you

Great Location.

The beach walk is well-maintained. The pool is never crowded unless it’s in season from December to March. There is a very clean nice exercise gym facility Most of the units are quiet, some of them face the lakes that have fountains in the center. They are all each individually owned and decorated so some are obviously nicer than others. The one warning I would make if you are sensitive to noise is do not get one that faces the street named Gladiolus, because that is a busy street. It is very close to Sanabel island and the beach is a Fort Myers it’s close to Cape Coral it is walking distance to many restaurants and I has a Publix across the street and a target superstore nearby. A home run.
