I have stayed at this hotel several times because it’s convenient access to NJ roads, shopping and family. Property can use some updates. Staff is great!
Great friendly staff. Good breakfast. Long, long hallways: be prepared to walk a significant distance to your room! No pool. Exercise center is good. Strange hum in the building, perhaps connected to air conditioning? Connected to Bonefish Grill, open late!
This was clean modern place to stay before buying Tesla in the morning but I was surprised by the price. . I wish there was a bath tub. And other protein besides scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Excellent room, neat and enjoyable. Very Close to the Mall for convenient shopping. Proxy to Bus 168 for easy connection to New York City without driving a lot on your own.
They did a great job remodeling the place. Gym was decent with a bench and Dumbbells up to 60lbs
The hotel staff was very helpful, particularly when my family had to find a new venue for a luncheon at the last minute. Even the connected restaurant, Bonefish Grille, was very amenable in preparing a to-go order for some of our group.
Clean room and hotel. Bonefish Grill restaurant attached -- a real plus! Convenient breakfast area. Great value!

I needed a last minute room and found a good deal for the Crowne Plaza in Paramus. This was definitely one of the less impressive Crowne Plazas I have been to, but the room was clean and quiet, there was plenty of parking and I had no problems checking in or out. The front desk staff was not friendly, but they did their job well, so I suppose that is what matters most. I wouldn't stay here again if I had to pay full price, but I would consider staying again with another discount.
The hotel was average, but that's what we were expecting when we decided to stay the night. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and we were checked in very quickly. The room was clean and everything was working fine. Definitely recommend if you're not looking for a 5 star hotel.

The staff was friendly and for the price, I isn't a terrible investment. But the hotel could definitely use an overall upgrade, it smelt damp and the room left much to be desired, sheets smelled funny and the towels were scratchy.
Breakfast is not included, & they kept asking us if we had any coupons, which made us think we were foolish for paying full price. Window crank was broken, but not really an issue. Bed was extremely comfortable. Both wife & I had great night's sleep. Restaurant attached was a Bonefish Grill that was excellent & very reasonably priced for the quality & atmosphere. Disappointed that restaurant was only open for dinner, We would have had lunch there also. No elevator for the 2 floors, so if a problem get 1st floor room. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.
