Very courteous, excellent staff. Great location. Hotel could use an update and some maintenance: 2 of 3 treadmills were not working well, fitness room super cold, 1 toilet in off-lobby bathroom did not flush, luggage carts a little gimpy for example. But, overall a good, comfortable stay, and with some touchups would easily be a 5-star hotel and experience.

You have signin bathroom, 'Forgot anything? Let us know. (Not exact phrasing, but concept). I had forgotten hair spray...went to desk and nothing to buy. I asked abt other items. No toothbrushes, no toothpaste, no mouthwash! What is the point of that bathroom sign?? I was very disappointed and there is NO reason why those items cannot be there... Poor customer service.
