Very courteous, excellent staff. Great location. Hotel could use an update and some maintenance: 2 of 3 treadmills were not working well, fitness room super cold, 1 toilet in off-lobby bathroom did not flush, luggage carts a little gimpy for example. But, overall a good, comfortable stay, and with some touchups would easily be a 5-star hotel and experience.

We just stayed 1 night. Bed was comfortable. Carpet was very dirty. Key cards never worked, we had to go back down to the main desk to get them encoded again (Twice). Staff was ok, check in was fast, lady not friendly.

Everything about the hotel was basic. Only shower, no bathtub. Pool is very small (not like on the picture). Room was okay, nothing special. Location was convenient for what we were in the area for. We did not try the breakfast. Front desk: the gentleman that checked us in was fine, the Lady night shift was cold and has not shared a single smile….
