Massive noise and disturbance issues from other guests that was not felt with at all until the police were called on the day off check out. Very little sleep was had during my stay and nothing was done by hotel staff to rectify the situation

We arrived early and the manager let us check in early because our rooms were ready. The rooms and grounds look just as they are in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The only disappointing thing was we were really looking forward to using the hot tub but prior to our arrival the heater broke. When we were checking out I believe the repair man was there trying to fix it. Overall we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Kudos to entire staff. They were amazing!! Unfortunately sounds carries easily & middle of night someone was yelling/cussing at someone.

Loved the hotel and the location. My back did not care for the mattress.

Very lovely hotel - oasis really - on a safe, but not so lovely street. Excellent in every way. Also just a 4 or 5 block to a CVS Minute clinic and a major shopping mall. Short and ready access to beach with public transportation, a cab, or a fairly long walk. Only negative in my opinion is no shuttle bus to/from airport or cruise terminal.

I had a stopover in Ft Lauderdale and needed a place to stay for two nights. I chose Victoria Park because of the price and location. It is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping but is still walking distance to the beach. For the most part I was glad I chose to stay there. The only thing I did not like was that smoking was allowed in the pool area. The pool area is very small so if someone is smoking it is hard to get away from the stench.

Stayed there for an overnight stay between flights, but would have definitively stayed longer if I could have.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Very clean retro style rooms. Simple, but with everything I needed. Nice amenities (pool, hot tub, breakfasts) and close to the eclectic Victoria Park area. No phones in the rooms, but with the proliferation of cellphones, don't really need one (except for wake up services). My second trip there (on business) and I won't hesitate going back again!

This small hotel has been refurbished and still has its mid century charm. Huge rooms, very clean. Staff was attentive and proactive with service and area recommendations. Pool and spa were clean and inviting. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants, mall and more.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. At first glance it looked older (1950's or 60's)and small, but once inside it was obvious that the staff took pride in caring for both the hotel and the guests. We were allowed to check in early and accepted the recommendation for a different room which was modern, large, comfortable and recently repainted and updated. It looked like all of the rooms had recently been updated. The staff was very helpful in getting all of all luggage to the room and recommending nearby places for dinner. Good restaurants within a block or two walk. The morning breakfast was a good value for the cost with a choice of scrambled egg, bacon/sausage, toast, bagel and pastries. Coffee and tea were available all day for free. .

Lovely rooms and great staff. Spotless. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Family atmosphere. Close to Fort Lauderdale amenities ... great restaurants, the beach and fun activities. Want to bring my family to this hotel for a vacation. Delicious brunch every morning available. Staff was awesome changing my room from an upstairs room to a ground level because I was having trouble with a knee. It is a gem.

Looks newly updated. Very clean, spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly. Pool is small, but that didn't impact our stay at all. I liked that they had the mini fridge, microwave, and dishes to use in the room. Bathroom was nice, but it was a shower only no tub. But it was very nice, all tile, not cheap plastic. When I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my husband in the lobby one day, I overhead another guest book additional dates with them for later in the month because they liked the hotel so much. Then, right behind them another couple on their honeymoon checked in, they mentioned they had stayed there before, and liked it so much they booked it again. Good pick if you don't want a box or chain hotel.

Marvelous and quiet and lovely. Large rooms with, couch, table, chairs, large kitchenette (no stove) with real stoneware and glasses. Bar and dining area is great. There is even outdoor covered dining. Small pool and hot tub. They have towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. Beach is a 20 minutes walk or $6 Uber ride. Staff is fantastic. Handicap rooms available.

If you like unique boutique hotels in nice areas you can walk in, this is the place for you. The room was spacious and very clean and well kept. It is not a super chain with lots of glass and glitz, but is very comfortable with shops and eating establishments nearby. We enjoyed the two nights we stayed here.

Nice hotel near everything. Cozy and quiet. Great place to take a break from the crowded highrise hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

We where not aware of the situation until the morning of there check out when they became disruptive .Over the weekend no one filled any complaints . If no one complains there is no way of us knowing if someone is being loud or disruptive. In the morning we handled the situation and removed the guest from the property. We are sorry that you had a bad experience . It is Spring break and these type of situations are bound to happen . We strive for excellence at our property .
