Shower was not hot nor has pressure, walls falling apart, no parking (got a $40 ticket because the staff said parking was okay THEN paid $40 to park overnight), no breakfast, no pool, thin walls, disgusting room, extremely uncomfortable hard bed, cockroaches, toilet doesn't flush...REALLY bad hotel....

Paper thin floors, don’t stay on first floor. No water pressure. “Free parking” is a lie. And no response from hotel when asked where I could find overnight parking that I could pay for.

The location is extremely close to the beach. It is also centrally located to a lot of restaurants.

Very cute but old. Water was kind of colored in the shower and no pressure Great location to walk to dinner and some shops. We just stayed one night so was great for that.

Very comfy beds. Convenient location. Close to beach. Friendly staff.

Got to the hotel late to find parking to be an issue. Would be nice to have enough parking for all your guests. Keys left taped to office door which was fine. Room was clean and cold. Room only has ac and no heater. Bed was comfortable but there were stains on the bedspread. Toilet is loose, drain in sink is clogged and pealing paint in bathroom. Not a big deal for me personally considering how close I am to the beach. Overall right for the price

Had a great time staying here the first two nights of my vacation that I came back for the last two also. The location was amazing! Half a block to the beach, one block to Starbucks for morning coffee, and walked to a different amazing restaurant every night. Parking wasn’t a problem for me, but it is limited. It’s a cute boutique hotel and I’ll be back when I’m in town again.

It was a relaxing stay, easy to check in and check out. Staff was really helpful.

There was no parking space as advertised. I had to park tightly beside another car blocking their gate/driveway with end of my car rental stick out to the sidewalk. I was desperate at 1 o’clock in the morning! Otherwise, it’s a nice place.

We were only here for a night (unfortunately!) but it was a great stay! The beds are so comfortable, staff is so nice and friendly and the location is excellent. So happy to have learned about this place for our next trip down to FL!

Excellent location close to the beach. Very affordable for the location. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay there for her next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Hotel condition was not good Room is not clean, especially shower

It’s nicely decorated, located close to the beach with free parking with free snacks like yogurt, graham crackers, peanut butter, cereal, fruit cup, coffee and water!) What more can I ask for?! The staff - manager who checked me in was very nice and thorough and the cleaning lady Mireya was very polite, friendly and helped me with my luggage when I checked out. The only thing I noticed was the smell of the bathroom - musty or moldy??

We have stayed at many big named hotels in the area over the years, this time we picked The Drift and we loved it. Close to everything and very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the courtyard every morning. The staff was friendly, well mannered and available. The rooms are clean and we loved the free breakfast snacks, beach chairs and towels too. We will return to the Drift very soon.

Great location. Small hotel with lush landscaping.

We stayed here one night and loved the hotel. The room was very clean and nice! Only one block to the beach and walking distance to all the resuarants. Our only complaint was that our mattress had no support and left us with a restless night and sore backs.

Price is right... Rooms were clean but need renovation... Great location next to the Ritz Carlton, Casa Blanca Cafe and 30 seconds walk to the beach...

The bathroom could have been cleaner, I didn't get clean towels the 2nd or 3rd day and the parking situation sucked BUT it was comfy, cute, a great location, and I'd stay again regardless of the downfalls.
