You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Small 2BR / Fully Equipped Kitchen / Parking

Pluses: very quiet and secluded, private grill, kitchen equipped for real cooking, all new furniture, Smart TV, beach gear, crib.

Strong Wifi and easy parking for two cars.

Minuses: the second bedroom is quite small and has a low ceiling. The "living room" is also small.

Also: starting July 1st we are going to renovate the unit next door. Work will go from 9am to 5pm. It will be loud at times.

You have the whole apartment to yourself.

You can also use the coin-operated washer and dryer, which are shared by eight units.

I live in Europe so all non-emergency communication needs to be through Airbnb's messaging system. My property manager lives less than a mile away in case of emergencies.

Walk to the grocery store, bike rental, local coffee shop and restaurant. Fast access to the beach along Sunrise Blvd.

Just two blocks to the Broward BCycle electric bicycle rental station. It is possible to ride to the beach and Las Olas Blvd every day for just $24/week or $48 for the whole year!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Family vacation in the sun

Very cozy, clean. Sun umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels very appreciated. AC and ceiling fans worked very well and not too loud. Would recommend black out curtains as very bright in the morning even when blinds closed. Shampoo and conditioner a plus as well as kitchen basics. Property manager quick to respond with missing items (oven mitts and cutting board). For our apartment, no 7, had to go through gate to see number, address was unclear as we arrived late at night. Yard could use some love, lots of potential. Really enjoyed our stay, would come again.
