Instead of putting a temporary hold on CC for incendentals they actually charge your card n make you wait for a refund.

It says free breakfast there wasn't any breakfast to begin with. Anothet word free cofee.

Looks nice in pictures but in reality, the rooms are old and smell humid the carped and room floor is dirty bathrooms and showers are old I won't recommend this hotel to anybody

Outside rooms and an obviously old property that hasn't been maintained well are definitely negatives.

Price was fair with no amenities and had to ask twice for clean towels otherwise ok

Pool was nice, staff was very polite. Breakfast was tasty

Our room was on the first floor and had a crusty carpet. We kept our shoes on. There were also little black bugs on the beds but maybe that's just a Florida thing. The bathroom door would not shut. Not a place I would visit again.

There were roaches in the room! There was a day that the room wasn’t cleaned bc they claimed we had a “do not disturb “ sign up when there wasn’t

Very convenient to places we needed to get to. Need upgrades because the property is old. Example, mold around door jam and bent covers. Requested the bathtub drain be cleared, it was not done. Furniture needs to be replaced. But I must say the service at the front desk was good.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found my reservation was canceled. This happened because of miscommunication.

the room smelled strongly and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

Older property but in decent condition. Clean and properly stocked with towels, etc.

Upon checking out, we process a refund on your bank issued card. Any guest may retain a receipt of the refunded transaction for your records. Thank you for staying with us.
