Tired motel. Room had a noisy air conditioner that didn’t truly cool the room. Old bathroom. Only two pillows on the bed, most rooms we stay have four. Went for ice and the ice machine looked like it hadn’t been working for some time. Breakfast was a big joke. They literally handed us a brown paper bag with a packaged muffin and a bag of potato chips. Yeah- potato chips for breakfast. Avoid this dump

The room was smell like dirty feet. The breakfast they provided was coffee and an Apple, you don’t call that a breakfast. I paid over $105 expecting to get a descent breakfast. I’ll never stay there again

I've stayed in a La Quinta before and it was really nice. This one was the polar opposite. The lobby was dingy and looked rough. The guy checking us in didn’t mention anything about the Wi-Fi or the breakfast that was included. I was hoping the room would be better than the lobby. No such luck. The door paint was chipping off. Inside the room had a bad, musty smell. There was a gap underneath the exterior door that was big enough to let light in. The furniture was old and there was mold under the glass of the pictures that were hanging crooked on the wall. The worst, though, was the tub and shower. There was mildew on the walls and they had patched the tub in lots of places. Thankfully the bed was clean. This hotel is badly in need of renovations and very run down.

Room was disgusting. Mold on shower curtain, filthy, slippery shower. General poor condition all around. Temp set at 60. Curtain broken. Room reeked of bleach/ disinfectant. Stay was worth about 10 bucks. Replace the guy at the desk with someone who can speak. Check in online wasnt worth the time.

WE DID NOT STAY IN THE ROOM. It was unsanitary and had faulty electric that caused the lights to flash nonstop. We have been trying to obtain a refund for days. The hotel concierge told us to call Expedia and that once Expedia called they would have no problem refunding the room. We have called Expedia several times and have two open cases but for some reason there is no communication happening between Expedia and la Quinta. I have no idea which one of you is at fault but I’ll never be using either of your services again. You can keep your little in app credit. Give me my money back.

Large stains all over the walls, doors, and dirt/mold on the sconces

There was discarded trash from the previous guests on the floor when we entered the room. The room had not been cleaned.

The sheets were heavily stained on the duvet and there was a significant amount of hair and dirt on the inside of the sheets as well.

Stopped in for an overnight trip expecting to literally just sleep here so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Finally got to our room and while I was taking a shower, TWO SHOWER TILES FELL OFF THE WALL. I called tje front desk and they asked me to BRING THEM THE SHOWER TILES??? So I complied, and the clerk told me to have a nice day. I asked to switch rooms with a functioning shower, and he told me no. There was also a complimentary coffee machine, with no pot.

I booked a room thru Expedia for my son when my son arrived the hotel my card was charge again for the room meaning I was charged twice and on top of that my son was asked for another $100 deposit when I called the hotel to dispute the charges made to my card. There was no one at the front desk. I was told to speak to someone at the front desk. I have to call after 7 PM as they don’t have a life personnel, but before I was told that I had to call a total of three times and left on the phone for a total of 15 to 20 minutes each time horrible customer service

The staff was ok. But the room smell bad, the carpet is so old an small bad, i had to go buy air wick essential mist just to go to sleep. Room was clean but it was cold. The unit was blowing cold air even though i checked and made sure the control was on 'heat'. I called the desk and a gentleman said he'd come look at it, but never did! When i called back several times after that, the recording said that ext was busy. Ive stayed at several LaQuinta inns during my travels, never had a complaint. I am asking this one time for some type of adjustment due to me not having heat in my room. I had to go to sleep with my jacket on. Also why does the website list free breakfast buffet when there was NO breakfast?!? I did get an apple and pastry in a small brown paper bag, ... a loooonnng way from a buffet. There was no juice. EVERY time I've stayed at one of your hotels, there has been some type of breakfast, at least with the waffle maker and some type of eggs, either scrambled or boiled. There was also cereal and milk, juice, yogurt, etc. every other time... What's going on at this property?

The hotel was dirty and very impersonal. When you walk in there is no greeting from anyone just a computer screen that you talk to. All the pictures online were old because it didn’t look like the picture. Lobby was dirty, and everything in the place was old. Now if you coming down to stay only one night and you will hardly be in the room then it’s okay. It was hard to get wash cloths and towels. They seriously need to think about renovations.

The room was disgusting, there is no complimentary breakfast(I'll be contacting Wyndham about where that particular LaQuinta's operating expenses are going), & they refused to give me proof of my exiting the hotel after one evening so they could continue to bill Expedia for my entire stay. This motel rents rooms to utility workers who are up at 6:30am shouting to each other across parking lots. Avoid at all costs. There's a reason it's the cheapest. You get what you pay for.

Very disgusting place. We checked out without staying there because it was so disgusting. We were greeted by a machine - and some zoom like call. The lobby was dirty and smelly - wall paper peeling off the wall after checking in on the machine , we get such gross feeling , can’t stay there. Cancel reservation right away.
