No fue lo esperado según las fotos. Cuando llegué, no había ropa disponible para el sofá cama, no había una sábana para arroparse en el sofá cama, la ropa de cama del cuarto manchada. Acordaron me llevarían sábanas esa primera noche y la persona nunca llegó.

The only thing was the pool it was a little dirty with lime but everything else was nice the room are verry conformable. The location is really good.

When we arrived, the accommodation was far from what was shown in the photos. One of the bed legs was about to fall off, the internet wasn't working well, and the sofa mattress was so worn out that we couldn't sleep on it because I could feel the metal frame through it. On the plus side, communication was good and the first two issues were fixed the next day. As for the sofa bed, they told me they were looking into replacing it, but ten days have passed and they never wrote back or replaced it

Perfect & convenient accommodations for my week stay. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. My grandkids loved the pool. Good shower, nice towels, bed was comfortable, pillows were thin but tolerable. No hair dryer on site. Check in was easy. Area was safe and close to shopping and lots of great dining options. Great value for the cost.

Starker und penetranter Zigarettengestank in der ganzen Wohnung, der kaum zu ertragen war. Schmutziger Boden. Haare von Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Schmutz vor der Haustür der erst nach Reklamation beseitigt wurde. verdreckte Klimaanlage, die den Dreck ausgeschleudert hat in die Innenräume. Sehr laute Klimaanlage (Alter Kasten, die sich auch schwer regulieren lassen) Waschraum schmutzig. Wurmlarwen in den Mülltonnen. Töpfe austauscht, weil die vorhandenen nicht zu benutzen waren

Good place, but attentions to issues.

The apartment is good, large and safety. The utilities like swimming pool very well conserved and nice to relax in the end of the day. The issues I faced were the sofa bed, impossible to sleep in because its thin mattress and torture frame. It was solved by Lowkl team after some calls. They provide me at the end one regular bed mattress. One other issue was related smart keyless locks on the gates to access the apartment, it simple did not work, some days we had to jump over the fence to enter the local. Finally, there was not enough plates, forks and pans in the kitchen to cook, we had to buy it ourselves.

Stayed at Holiday Park by LOWKL (May 1–4, 2025). Room was not properly cleaned—there were long hairs in the shower (no female travelers on my end), a stained toilet, and slow Wi-Fi. Hot water was unreliable too. I submitted photo evidence to Expedia and requested a partial refund. LOWKL offered a vague cleaning visit during my short stay, without scheduling—expecting me to wait around on vacation for them to fix what should have been clean at check-in. They later denied the issues, citing pre-check-in photos and deflecting responsibility. No empathy, no accountability, and certainly no hospitality. If this is their idea of “excellent condition,” stay elsewhere. Very disappointing experience with LOWKL and unhelpful follow-up through Expedia.

The apartment was very clean and smelled very nice, only thing I had an issue with was when I got ready to lay back in the bed, the bed broke on me. I had to call for maintenance to come and it took them roughly 20 mins to arrive. They fixed it and I went on about my stay.

This was such an amazing place. We went for a girls trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The property had a very nice pool that we were able to hang out at and enjoy the nice warm day. The rooms were fully equipped and clean. The staff was very helpful and responded right away whenever I need something taken care of. We really felt at home at holiday park. I can’t say enough about the wonderful apartment. It was literally perfect.
