The property is beautiful. It is perfectly located in a nice quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to restaurants and the beach. The entire property was spotless, well maintained and stocked with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The hosts are responsive and engaged. Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely Love this House

Can't say enough about the house, the interior, and the neighborhood. It's clean, tasteful, bright, and all around the ideal FL rental. The location on the canal is breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. One small concern/suggestion: the golf cart on the property is EXTREMELY convenient for getting to the beach area (and there are many "golf-cart" spaces near the beach for parking). I recommend filling out the required form for using the cart as soon as guests arrive. The hosts didn't reply for about a day after I sent the info and we would have liked to use the cart more (the small amount of paperwork requested is simple and easy to execute).

Stunning property

Pros: gorgeous inside and out. Huge kitchen with everything you need and in excellent shape. Pool table and games. TVs all mirror friendly for iPhones to stream shows. Beautifully decorated beds and furniture are comfy. Perfect location close to everything! Free Golf cart included which we used everyday. Large beautiful outdoor oasis. Pool is cleaned 2xs a week. Large dock and great spot to fish. Poles are provided. We caught so many different fish.2 TVs outdoors although tiki one had issues. Manger of property very responsive and quick to handle any issues. recommend communicating through vrbo message for fast response. Cons: 1 hand bath and washcloth provided per guest. 13 day stay for us so I had to purchase more for us. No extra sheets pillows not even a throw blanket. I had to wash sheets when a different guest arrived. Hot water is sparse. More than 3 showering in same timeline the rest will not have hot water. Took about 2 days for hot water to start in kitchen. Warm in back room and that side of home. Keep your laundry door open and living room door shut to pool table room. This helps immensely! Was told tv in every bedroom 1 master doesn’t have one but sm queen room does. Weird All in all would definitely recommend still a 5 star stay!
