Called the front desk shortly after checking in to request a wake up call. Had that confirmed for 4:15 the following morning. Called back four times some minutes after 9pm....the phone rang unanswered. Though i was up at 4am, the wake up call never came in.

The room was the 2 queen beds, it was pretty small, to accommodate 4 people. The room had a horrible musty smell and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. Front desk staff were friendly and helfful. Two of the 3 lights were flickering and despite the front desk letting housekeeping know, it was not fixed till the last day we were there (day 3) They also failed to replace the body soap. At the "happy hour" sodas were flat. No attempt to rectify.
