A VERY SEEDY PLACE! It took ten minutes for us to find someone to check us in. When we finally got access to the office it was dirty and should have been an indication of the room cleanliness. Piles of dirt on the floor where it was swept but not picked up, counter for coffee was gross and needed wiped down too. They over booked the hotel and sent us a few blocks down the road to another one of their properties (Royal Palms) and had to park 2 blocks away, only to have stained sheets with hair on them, no fitted sheet on mattress, hair on toilet, and a sticky floor. Not to mention a DNA looking substance on the box spring cover. They showed us another room but it wasn’t any better so they refunded us. Their current guests that were there also seemed “rowdy” and maybe were long term renters.

Room was spotless, check in quick , the manager went out of his way to make the stay great. It was a great value for the budget minded traveler, with a great location. The gym facility is excellent and just a block away

Upon checking in our room did not have working lights in living room and bedroom. Reception informed "engineering." In meantime I discovered a circuit breaker was tripped. This fixed the majority of lighting. The next day they fixed the rest. Room was very spacious, apparently recently renovated and was comfortable.

I reserved a room at the hotel based on the fact that the previous reviews stated that the rooms were very spacious. Some thought the service was awful and did not like the $10 a day parking fee. I did not like it but it wasn't a deal breaker. We had a two bedroom which I would call an apartment. It had a master an a guess bedroom along with a full kitchen living room dinning room and sun room. Very roomy. Our only issue was tiny ants which we sprayed away and the bathroom wall was a little chipped. Other than that it was a great value for what we received. I highly recommend.

The hotel was close to everything in walking distance. The room was very spacious, clean, and the cleaning crew always there to help. Front desk staff very professional and courteous. Definitely will stay there again.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Quiet property, with lovely gardens and swimming pool. Rooms are exceptionally large.

The Beach Gardens Hotel is an older hotel in a neighborhood full of them, but don't be fooled by the first glance. This hotel has been fully renovated and it's beautiful. Clearly someone cares deeply about the property as the grounds and the rooms are excellent and well kept. I wouldn't hesitate to stay for a week or more and use it as a base for a wonderful vacation.

This room was perfect. Very clean, comfy bed, SPACIOUS and updated! The staff members were all friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I'm glad I trusted the reviews and went with this. I got a great deal, also! 2/3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants are also near.
