#2: 1BR with Beach Gear and Strong Wifi

Brand new on Airbnb. We may have missed something, there may be some kinks to work out, but if you are flexible this will be a great place for the price.

Two high-speed wifi networks, one from Comcast, one from AT&T.

Easy off-street parking right in front of the building.

Kitchen is equipped for real cooking, and Whole Foods is a short walk. Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and many restaurants are just a little further.

We provide beach gear, and the house manual tells exactly where to park.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
