"Stay was great! Only complaint is that our sheets had blood spots on them when we got there. Spoke to front desk person and housemaid came and put new clean sheets on. Beautiful resort."

"Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with check in as the front desk staff told us the incorrect entrance to unload our luggage. Other than that, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. We had a loft suite which was plenty of room for our family of 4. The only issue was that the air conditioner was not able to cool the upstairs bedroom. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in the suite as we were able to have breakfast before we set out for the day. This hotel is within walking distance to Downtown Lake Geneva and many restaurants and fast food places. A Walmart and Aldi were less than 10 minutes drive. Would definitely return here!"

"Communication was 10/10 & check in was very smooth! We loved our stay - great location & comfortable space. Morning coffee on the outdoor patio was a highlight in addition to walkability to all things Fontana. Would book again. Thank you!"
