There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.

This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. NOTICE: Construction is past this condo! The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar. Open dates are available to book and free from the construction project. Complex is over half way done with renovation project on the building. This project is scheduled to be complete by the end of August, 2025 & necessary to ensure the continued beauty and structural integrity of the building for years to come.
