Second row home with beach access directly across the street!This is a perfect getaway home for a long relaxing weekend or a whole week! The home is set up to accommodate 3 couples. Sleep 6 comfortably. Large open deck great for cooking out or simply soaking up the sun. Take advantage of the downstairs shower to rinse off from the beach. House is completely furninshed with linens, dishes, towels, etc.
Great park just minutes from the house with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Plenty of parking for guests.

The house was perfect for a long weekend getaway for us! It is right across the street from public access. There is about anything you could need for the beach and the house was plentiful stocked. It was very clean and cozy! The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had as well.

House rental works quite well for us (party of 6). Proximity to beach was great. Yard and deck were well maintained. Owner clearly values property and renters. Having beach gear on site was really helpful. Host was VERY responsive. Would rent again.

Great Stay in Folly

Our stay in the Coastal Cottage was very nice. The location at less than a block to the beach was ideal for our family and the kids loved the boogie boards. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and had everything needed for our stay. We had 6 total so was a bit tight with only 1 full bathroom but there is an outdoor shower too. Overall great stay.

Check-in was easy. Location was excellent, close to beach and downtown. House was clean, couches were dirty and we were a little uncomfortable about sitting on them and beds were a bit worn and uncomfortable. Outlets in bedroom did not allow for plug ins they were loose. Ac was excellent.

This is a true beach cottage with a large yard, a nice sitting porch, and beautiful deck with updated furniture. It is steps to a quiet beach, with chairs, boogie boards, and towels provided. Great host communication

Great location!

We loved this house across the street from the beach access with a fenced in yard. We had some issues with the air conditioning units. I think some simple instructions would have been helpful, but overall, it was a fantastic week! We’ll be back and staying here in the future.
