I paid for what I got so to speak.. I wasn't looking for the Westin or anything else PLUSH for the price I paid. It was comfy and clean and served its purpose. We were there for less than 18hrs. Thank you & I will stay again while doing a quick night out of town.

Staff could be a bit more friendly...they did the minimum required to welcome you. As a Gold member, I should have been offered an upgrade and a bottle of wine...neither was mentioned until I asked for it. The common areas (stairs to room, hallways) were dirty, although the room itself was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel needs a face-lift.

Got one of the rooms that sleeps 4 (2 bunkbeds). Affordable, clean and decent amenities. Staff is helpful and kind. Only downsides are the rooms have poor sound insulation (heard a lot of street noise), a lack of parking availability and limited breakfast options.
