Comfortable apartment on the first floor, without lift, of a typical building in the heart of Florence. The property consists of a large living area, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (possibility of single beds), two bathrooms with shower and an internal courtyard for exclusive use. Equipped with Wi-Fi connection. A set of towels and bed linen is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
