My nephew and his wife stayed here last May and gave rave reviews. Stairs were steep going up but after all the awesome food in Florence we needed the extra workout! Would definitely stay here again.

We found that the apartment is well kept and it had everything we needed for our stay. Groceries, coffee and restaurants are close by. It’s a short walk to most of the attractions as well as the train station.

An easy seamless check-in process making it easy to arrive when we wanted to after leaving northern Italy Bonus having streaming TV for days when we rested in the afternoon Lots of steps to get in that helped walk off all the awesome food We found great trattorias and coffee spots and it was an easy walk into old town. This place was great! I would highly recommend it. It's close to the train station and the main attractions. There are restaurants on every corner of this street too. The place was super clean, the wifi worked great, and the air conditioning was really cold for those hot days. We really appreciated being able to do laundry with a dryer built in it as well. 10/10 would stay again.

The apartment is like an oasis compared to the entry way and street but the location was convenient to almost everything we did ..just a 20 minute walk to most places. 6 minutes from the train station. We would definitely stay there again and felt so comfortable. It was clean and modern. Our hosts were responsive, and kind.

It was a cute little place! There are stairs and no lift, but we knew that going in so was not a problem... it's on a quieter street away from most places but a short walk can get you to many. It was clean and small but had all we needed. There's not much of a view, so that was a little disappointing, but we spent most of our time out taking in all the views! It's close to the Novella train station and Piazza SM Novella and great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.
