This is definitely my new favorite hotel in Florence. I was only supposed to stay for a couple of days because I decided to come to Florence a couple days earlier then I was supposed to move to another place but I decided to stay the whole week. The place is clean, working areas are really nice and clean, they have excellent customer service in all areas. So close to everything, and they have swings! It made me feel like a child again. There is a park right next to it and it's just walking distance to the center. I was blessed to see beautiful sunsets from my room. And the roof? You're just gonna have to see for yourself. And what other hotel can you go to the gym with a view of the Duomo?

Overall, my stay had some nice moments, especially the breakfast — it was very good and a highlight of the visit. However, the room itself was quite dark and smaller than I expected, and during my three-day stay it wasn’t cleaned at all. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and room upkeep, this could be a much more pleasant stay, especially since the breakfast is already a strong point.

This hotel is not in the city center but is walkable to the center in about 20 minutes. The tram stop is in front of the hotel which is a quick option if you don't want to walk. The tram also takes you straight to the airport and the main train station which is convenient. The rooms are basic but clean. There are alot of study abroad students who stay here ( my daughter included) so the hotel is very modern. There is a nice rooftop with a bar and a restaurant (which I did not try). Overall for the price I would recommend it.

The social hub is a nice inexpensive hotel. There are 2 in the city. This location has more of a chill vibe than the other location. The other location basically has a club on the roof. This location has. beautiful view of the city from the rooftop pool, which also has a bar. The only negative is it seems as if only 1 elevator serves the rooftop so accessing it may be a little slow. Also the area is first come first serve so it fills up quickly. Other than that great choice - nice area to walk around - and nice hotel for instagram photos in the lobby area.

I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes.
