Space: Luxurious apartment with a style that alternates between antique and modern The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has smart television, its own private bathroom and its own lockable door, mirrors, wardrobe. The beds are very large, and also the choice of mattresses, thick and comfortable with memory foam, luxurious bedding has been specially designed and chosen to ensure the best comfort for our guests.

There is also a large living room area with two large sofas, a coffee table, a 60” television, a bookcase, plaster statues and art gallery paintings, in a separate room you will find a kitchen equipped with completely new equipment and appliances, Smeg bread toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer in addition to a large refrigerated wine cellar, also includes washer/dryer; and a private inner courtyard of property with a table. A real rarity in the historic center.

Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, an important detail especially on hot days in addition to heating throughout the apartment for cold days during winter. The entire unit is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, autonomous access keypad in addition to keys for access at any time.

This place is stunning! Unfortunately, the showers are too tight, not much space, but overall, it's a beautiful apartment.

Loud Side Street & Building Construction

This property had potential but when we arrived the building was still under construction. We asked if the construction started early they said no but it did. The apartment was had a few issues my mom and dad got caught in their room due to an issue with their door knob falling off. Overnight our room was on a side street and across from a busy restaurant. It was noisy on the street through the night. We left early due and found other accommodations due to the issues with construction. The apartment is has potential but not great for seniors - my parents did not enjoy it.This was Sept 2024 so look at new reviews because they may have improved.
