Large room with nice balcony. The elevator was cool and the staff were great. The breakfast was really great and location was spot on.
Hotel is just around the corner from Train station and walking distance from major attractions in Beautiful Firenze. Budget hotel, but is nice for just a quick stay in the city. Staff is very nice, the guy in the morning was extremely helpful and professional.
Close to attractions. Hesitated due to the fact it was two stars....but what a misconception. The staff is wonderful and accomodating. They are very pleasant. Perfect location. Very quite location. I would stay here again and again. The only hassle is Internet. They should at least make internet free at the lobby. Or lower the rate because internet really isn't luxury it is a necessity.
This hotel has a great location!! 3 minutes walk from the train station!! Within walk distance to the main attractions in florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful..they speak,english, Spanish, and of course Italian.
