Furniture was in disarray when we got to the room, the A/C was falling apart, although it did work, there were several dead roaches in the room and a couple live ones. We put the do not disturb sign on the door when we left and they still entered the room.

Hotel room has a slight odor. Sheets and lampshade had bad stains. There was dead bugs present. They offered a second room and it was the same way. I refused and asked for a full refund. They said I’d only be refunded one night. As of 10/21/25 I’m still waiting for my refund

We booked 3 rooms. Room one had cockroaches climbing across the bed when we opened the door. They gave us a second room (door was wide open and bugs in that bed too) Room two, had cookie crums under the sheets and BUGS as well. Room 3 had no shower head, and bed bugs. At least I'll say the lady at the front desk was nice and didnt hesitate giving us a full refund at all. (Assuming shes used to doing that once people see the condition of these rooms)

The property looked great from a distance, but the closer you got, the more little things you saw. It had a look of a property that had been purchased, gotten a fresh coat of paint but not a ton i The Room and sheets were nice and clean. The bathroom door was hanging on the hinges, so it wouldn't close. The towels were 'clean' but still had oil or grease stains on them from a previous guest. The ice machine had cobwebs or something in the drain grate that was absolutely disgusting. The pool definitely looked inviting. Breakfast was good - fresh pancakes, plenty of breakfast proteins.

The room was nasty. It was covered in cockroaches. They didn't even try to clean the room. The mirrors had something on them. The walls looked really bad. The walls had dried up stuff on them and idk what it was. The white bedding had stains. Dried up pee on the walls by the toilet. Urine ring stains in the toilet. Towels had a weird smell. I went and asked for different towels and they said they would have to see if they had more. We had to clean the room with bleach and all the stains came out. The wipes I used to clean the floor was black. The refrigerator had soda spill all over it. I seen the housekeeper with her 2 young kids and they were helping cleaning the rooms. The breakfast was terrible only had eggs and sausage links and bread and I wouldn't eat it with all the bugs. The housekeeper was knocking on doors early in the morning the next day asking for towels. It was horrible but we were out of town for a sporting event so we didn't know if we could find another room.

We were in town for a music festival at McFarland Park; great location to the park. The area has every food option imaginable. We did online check-in that was fast and easy. Our keys were ready when we got there and front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was "clean enough", and overall the room was "good enough". The bed was rough and needs to be replaced. The springs creaked every time we moved and it was lumpy. The a/c worked great. We did not eat breakfast or use the pool. Overall, our stay was fine and we would stay here again for a quick trip.

It was ok on safety. A/c did not work and when we asked the front desk they said they would send someone. No one came to look at it. When they cleaned the room, the room was not clean and they took our dirty towels without replacing any new clean towels.

The air conditioner didn't put out any cold air. Service was great moving us to a different room but sinks in both rooms took an hour to drain from lack of plumbing cleaning with hair buildup. Was really disappointed with the total experience. Won't consider this brand name on any of our trips in the future

Housekeeping took our towels when they were somehow all out of towels. We were out the whole evening and the next morning they still didn’t have anymore available. The check-in staff was kind but not the staff when the towel situation occurred. Room had bugs and mold.
