Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. I LOVED staying here! It was one of the best decisions I made during this trip. Niccolò is EXTREMELY helpful, he truly does everything he can to make your trip the best it ca be. From giving us a map pin pointing the bus routes we would need to get around the city, pointing out the areas we had in mind to see and letting us know how to get there and back. Places to eat, making us coffees in the mornings, doing everything he could to make our stay comfortable. I am so happy I booked this B and B, I am recommending it to my friends and family.
