It was a clean room but this is not a hotel. It is one floor with 4-5 rooms in it. It was good for us 3 family members and conveniently located to walking to the main train station and Duomo/Medici Chapel. Location is good but the street is very lonely in the night. The bathroom shower was very small and if you are 6’2” and 200 lbs, it is hard to take a shower. The host was very responsive and quick to let us in with codes and it was a little pricey for the stay but it was also New Years Eve but if you are not planning to stay long and want quick access to the city, restaurants and train station it is perfect. There is also a laundromat one block from this place.

Room was in great location! Walkable and near transit and restaurants. Was worried when we showed up as it looks like an apartment complex with no business name. Once we called and were texted back the code to get into the room and building though it was nice. Our room was on the backside and very quiet with a nice view of a neighbors garden. Liked having a fridge and some kitchen amenities. Room was fairly large for European standards. Tub was beautiful but no shower which was tricky for us. We could have messaged to ask probably, but there was no WiFi info we found and no daily cleaning in the 5 nights we were there. Bed was a little firm for me but comfortable.

Staff were great and very helpful. The room and the sheets had an special odor, Everything looks very clean maybe was the laundry detergent or somebody was smoking inside the room before us, the shower drainage needs to be fix and the tv, no iron in the bedroom. Something I would improve in this is add a table and/or chair the room is to basic. The room was in the 2nd floor and when you get there there’s like 4 exactly dame white doors, would be appreciated to add numbers or letters to differentiate the rooms and the exit. Location was great

Everything was perfectly clean and the host went above and beyond by allowing me to drop off my luggage early so I could go explore. Just be aware that there is no shower, but a beautiful tub is provided.

Absolutely LOVED the proximity to everything at this location, especially an easy walk to the train station! Very modern, clean, safe and roomy. We are especially grateful for Giorgio (who greeted us upon arrival) and is such a genuine, kind professional who was great at communicating and did us a HUGE favor by retrieving and delivering our passports when we accidentally forgot them in the room!!! We are SO grateful!! Above and beyond service - 100% trustworthy and highly recommend if you’re coming to Firenze! :)

Great comfortable room.

Great experience, there was no lift but bags were carried to our room by the host, who provided full explanation on accessing the building. Lovely spacious room with great facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the centre and sights.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et service, par contre ce n’est pas un bed & breakfast..il n’y a pas de déjeuner inclus. Ça change la facture du séjour. Déception. Et attention on a changé de chambre parce que la nôtre avait seulement un bain douche très près du lit. Alors on a demandé salle de bain complète avec douche debout et on a changé parce que c’était disponible. Bon service quand même!
