La habitación espaciosa y decorada con buen gusto. No tiene elevador y es en piso 2, no mucho pero bastante para nosotros con maletas de 20 kilos o más. Comunicación constante aunque el internet no llega bien en los ultimos cuartos. Buena opción para hospedarse

This is not the place to stay. Period. It was hard to check in. No one works there and we had no comunication from the hotel on how to get in. The place is worn out. We were appalled by the huge holes in the chairs and large chip out of the glass table..unsafe. the lighting was bad and some wiring was unsafe. The windows, even when closed, let in all the noise from outside. Heat didn't work. Please take my advice, do not stay here

The location and property were wonderful. Our check in was smooth and easy. We just had a problem when the cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom they took and threw out our shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and one of my retainers for my teeth. I had them laid out on a flat towel with my toothbrush. Non of the containers were empty so I am not sure why they took them. The 2 toothpaste tubes were brand new. I told management and they apologized but I was not reimbursed for the retainer I had to buy when I returned to the US. I had to go to the orthodontist to have 2 new ones made.

The place was super easy, sexy shower, basic accomodations while being funky in design. The one thing I didn't like was that I told them I wouldn't have WhatsApp access and they told me they'd meet me but it was not at the front door and I could not get buzzed up... Thankfully Guess had free wifi that I could log into.

Mirror, mirror on the wall...

Stylish accomodation....in a superb location. Clean, tidy...and good host. I really liked the decor ...just was intrigued by the mirror In the bathroom..... anyone that stays ..well ..make sure you have the lights on In the main room.... otherwise you may have an eye full to the person showering due to the two way mirror!! 😅😅😁

It was about a two minute walk form the Duomo. It was a great size and decorated with modern art. The rep was very helpful and on had when required.

Nice rented appartement

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable, friendly staff, reasonable price, air conditioning, great location for what I wanted to do Neutral: it’s not really a hotel but a rented appartement with a coffee machine and someone who cleans and changes the beds every two days. You have to contact them to arrange a time for someone to meet you there. Negative: No food, only water, tea and coffee available. No lift. No parking included. They recommended a local car park which was convenient but €25 per day, so for a 4-day trip it was €100 on parking. Overall: Good place, just be aware of what you are getting and not getting. I would recommend it and stay again.

Comfortable room ideal for couples. You get keys and entry code for the building and your room so you can enter and leave anytime. Great location in the historic city centre. Only wish they stocked tea and milk and replaced used towels. Enjoyed our 2 night stay here in Florence.

Very good but needs some tweaking.

The room itself was absolutely fantastic, however I would like to point out some nminor issues. 1 No lift to get to 2nd floor, might be a difficulty for some or for people with heavy luggage. 2 The common tea/coffee area is a nice idea nad comfortable for a breakfast/catering less establishment. However, some people like milk with their tea or coffee, and at least having sachets of dried milk powder besides the sugar would be appreciated. 3 The getting a receipt/invoice in good time proved to be slightly problematic but was fully resolved eventually thanks to the EXCELLENT customer satisfaction orientation that Kevin showed.

Good Place

Great place to stay! It was nicely furnished and the room was a great size. The bed wasn't the most comfortable for me but that's subjective. I wish there was a door in between the bedroom and the bathroom, that was a bit odd. Other than that I would highly recommend it!

The location was amazing, you better have good driving skills, driving downtown Florence with narrow streets and lots of tourists in the way..... can be lets say somewhat challenging. The apartment was modern and clean and central, would stay there again.

Horrible Service

I have traveled around the world and never had a hotel experience like this. From the minute we arrived on Saturday evening, the air conditioner unit made a loud ticking noise, typically once every one-two minutes. When we looked inside the unit, we saw that there were exposed wires, which were concerning to us. We brought this to the attention of Kevin, our only hotel contact, that evening but he said nothing could be done until the next day and rushed out of the room. The noise was very annoying and made it difficult to sleep at night or to enjoy the room during the day. We reached out to Kevin by text/email multiple times during our stay, and responses were usually delayed by several hours. Ultimately we were told, essentially, that "that is just normal a/c noise. If you don't like it, turn off the a/c and sleep with the window open." Beyond the fact that that option meant listening to noise from the street below as well as mosquitos in the room, turning off the unit did not make the noise stop. Our last message to Kevin and a request to speak to his manager went unanswered. This "hotel" is in a great location and the room was fine, except for the malfunctioning a/c unit. I cannot recommend this place, however, because I felt that we were treated incredibly poorly. The noise in the room disrupted our sleep every night, and our frustrating interactions with Kevin put a damper on our time in Florence. No one from the hotel has apologized to us.

Perfect Florence Accomodations

Loved everything about this place. Very central location. Just a couple blocks from the Duomo. Picturesque streets. Great restaurants and shopping. Spacious, clean rooms. Amazing decor. Kevin was just a phone call away for any questions. He was very patient and accommodating. Great coffee and tea in common areas. Would definitely recommend these suites to friends and family.
