200 meters from Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 minutes walking from the Duomo and the attractions of Florence, our flat Mimì has just been renovated. Extremely quiet and finely furnished, it has all the comforts including wi-fi, a large TV, a living room with kitchen and a wide sofa-bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom with wardrobe. Thanks to its position, you can simply cross the street by the station’s square, drop your bags, and start your adventure in the cradle of the Renaissance! My team and I are available over the phone should you need assistance during your stay in Florence. I will provide you with our contact details and take care of your needs. Our residence is located in the Santa Maria Novella neighborhood, where the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Pharmacy of Santa Maria Novella, the Novecento Museum, and other beauties are located. The neighborhood is renowned for its restaurants and is also the main transport hub of the city, with the central station of Santa Maria Novella, the Bus station, and the tramway station which directly connects the center of Florence with its airport. The flats are 5 minutes away from the Arno River, the Duomo, 10 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is 200 meters from the central station, the station of the bus, and the tramway, which connects the city with the airport. Our flat Mimi is available to small groups starting from 2 persons. If you are in 2 and one of you wishes to sleep in the sofa bed, that's possible but we will charge you an additional 15€ cleaning fee. The fee must be paid upon your arrival. If you wish to have the sofa bed prepared, please tell us at least 48 hrs before your arrival. Without this communication, this service is not guaranteed and may be carried out the day after your arrival.

The apartment was clean and cozy with great security features and host communication. The area was within an easy walk of the sites we wanted to see, many cafes, restaurants and a smaller market. It is on a busy street but it helped that the bedroom was at the back. The wifi was sporadic and slow but otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

What an amazing place

This place was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. The location is superb, so close to sights, train station, bus stops and supermarkets but also really quiet. The actual accommodation was immaculate and suited us perfect. Would recommend 100%.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Florence. The condo was great. It’s very very close to the train station and all the things we wanted to see were very close by. Great Stay in Florence

What a a cute and amazing little property this was! The location can't be beat. It is a 3min walk to the train station and 5min from the city center. Owner was very flexible with us for check-in. Place was immaculate! Beds were really comfy. Neighbourhood is really safe and clean with several great restaurants nearby. The place is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. We will definitely be back when we return to Florence! Thank you!!

Great location with AC for the hot Tuscan summer.

We stayed a week in Florence. It was great. I work for a company based in Florence so I took the train to work while my wife and her best friend toured the city. The location is very close to most of the noteworthy sites, close to good restaurants, and very close to the main train station (S.M. Novella). The apartment itself is very small but still comfortable. There is one bedroom that is pretty small and a larger living room with a sleeper sofa. This is a perfect place for a couple. We had three adults and it was a bit cramped. The bathroom is large and the shower is big too. There is an AC unit in each room which cooled the rooms effectively and gave us a cool spot to rest when Florence got really hot. Overall it worked for us but If I were to stay again, I would only stay there with my wife or alone. The owners / property managers Ms. Mamta was lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this place to any couples going to Florence.

Outstanding Flat in City Centre
