We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The room is very clean and big. It’s just a few steps from the Firenze SMN train station, the Florence Cathedral, and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay!!

Conveniently located near the train station, quiet and central to the city landmarks. The service was impeccable. A little outdoor balcony let us enjoy the superb August evening at sunset.

Excellent quad room (a double/queen plus 2 single beds), good value very close to train station and an easy walk to all major Florence sites. Comfortable, quiet, nice balcony overlooking rooftops and a quiet parking lot, spacious room and bathroom. As a family of 4 with teens, was very convenient that electronic codes rather than a physical key were used to enter the room.

Excellent customer service. They were very helpful at reception with tourism information and with helping with our airport transfer. The room was very large. The shower was kind of broken but otherwise things were great. Also, it is in a great location.

Perfect location for a quick stay!

We were here for just one night on our way to Cinque Terre, and the location and value of the room was amazing incredible, both for access to the sights of Florence but a quick walk to train station (without any noise to be heard from room!). Very spacious suite, and the staff was amazing to deal with in terms of communication and friendliness, and when our room wasn’t quite ready we were able to store our bags for a couple of hours which was welcome news to us after travelling for a few hours already. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in Florence!

We had a lovely stay and it was nice and close to the train station with an easy check in and out. So many fantastic areas to walk around as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when we return to Florence.
