The area is easily accessible to shopping & dining. The area is safe. Cleanliness needs improvement. There was no paper towel, coffee bullets. The trash can is extremely small. Not enough toiletries.

Great spot for a visit to Florence

Easy to access everything we needed within walking distance. Train station is less than a 5 minute walk - only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working and when we kept the windows open at night it was very loud. Overall perfect stay in Florence

Overall good stay. Safe and cozy. Just didn’t know the bed was a pull out couch based on listing, and multiple showers had to be taken in freezing water, but got fixed the same day(s) after contacting the site manager.

Great location.

I spent 4 wonderful days in Florence. The apartment was a short walk from the train station and very close to the main attractions. It had everything I needed. The AC was a very welcomed bonus, considering an unusual warm weather in October. Had a bit of in issue with the shower door, that was immediately addressed the same day. Will definitely recommend this property.

Appartement plutôt sympa moderne assez proche du centre de Florence et des zones touristiques. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. ATTENTION sur l'annonce il est indiqué que le logement dispose d'un parking privé, c'est faux. L'hôte nous a conseillé un parking public payant qui finalement ne faisait pas de forfait à la journée, nous avons du chercher en urgence un autre parking.
