The space
Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area with large windows framing the sparkling lake. The space includes comfortable seating and a smart TV, creating the perfect spot to relax or gather with friends and family.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease.

The home sleeps up to 11 guests across:
• Bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and stunning lake views.
• Second & Third Bedrooms: Queen and twin beds with comfortable décor.
• Additional Sleeping Space: Sofa bed in the living area and game area.

Step outside to the expansive deck with outdoor seating and a grill for lakeside barbecues. The private dock offers fishing, kayaking, or a peaceful spot for morning coffee as you enjoy the lake breeze. Evenings can be spent around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, the surrounding yard, and private lakefront.

Other things to note
Please don’t access the neighbor's yard or dock. FYI - They have dogs.

Because our home is right on the lake, you may occasionally notice a few insects. We professionally treat the property every month to keep them under control, and most guests find it doesn’t affect their stay. The beautiful lakeside setting means you can enjoy nature while staying comfortable.

We allow only one pet dog (that does not shed hair/fur) for a pet fee of $150. Please remember to include the pet in your booking.

No parties- This place is perfect to relax and rejuvenate and enjoy the lake and nature.
No smoking / Vaping

By making this Vrbo reservation, Guest attests that the following statements are true and agree to all the below statements.
- I accept responsibility for all persons on the Property and agree that children will be supervised at all times
- I acknowledge and assume responsibility for any injury to me or persons on the Property as a result of my stay.
I understand there is some inherent risk from outdoor lakeside activities (i.e., swimming, use of the dock/ use of kayak) and accept responsibility for that risk.
The guests will be fully responsible for all damage and/or loss that occurs during their rental period (excluding acts of God or nature). I will acknowledge the condition of the property in good order and condition upon arrival or inform the Host promptly if found otherwise.

Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, use of boathouse/Dock, lake and use of Kayaks.
Host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or cancellation fees.

All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owners harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or individuals invited onto the property by Guest.
