HOUSE RULES
No Pets Allowed: Pets are strictly prohibited due to severe allergies in the owner's family. If pets are brought to the property, guests will be asked to leave without a refund. A $250 charge for deep cleaning will also be applied.
Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
Rental Contract: A rental agreement must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
Pack Play and Highchairs - $40 + tax each.
Air mattress - $40 + tax each.

CAMERAS
There are exterior cameras on the property, covering the front door and walkway.
Porter does not own or have access to these cameras. All cameras are disclosed as reported by the homeowner.
