It is well-located in the heart of the old medina, near Ain Zlaiten parking and in vicinity of many of the attractions in the old medina such as Mederesa El Bounania and Bab Boujloud (The Blue Gate). Guests can easily find their way from the riad to Talaa Kbira, which is one of the 2 mean streets of the old medina of Fez. It is a lovely place but the owner is no longer accepting reservations from Expedia or VRBO. We got there and were turned away. Is there a way to get a refund.
