Great Property and staff are excellent. Beds are little firm, but other than that, it is perfect.
When we first arrived everyone had a smile on their face. As days progressed everyone just looked tense. We unfortunately had a brick thrown to our room window. It did not go through but the glass was broken, we called to let them know and said they didn't have another room. It was a slow season, I'm sure they could've offered another room. We lost power for an hour and walked to the lobby and nobody asked if we needed anything. Oh and they don't give you extra soap to shower or wash hands. One bar of soap for everything.I'm so disappointed
The hotel was amazing. Great location, staff, architecture, room, pool, rooftop, and general atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone visiting Fez. It's money well spent!
