I would have to admit that this resort is a little worn out, but the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the Blue Conch restaurant on site served excellent food, and every balcony had a view of the beautiful blue ocean. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Exuma!

Stayed here August 2025 Property is maintained but outdated Pool was clean and room was clean but beds were very hard and uncomfortable Food was good though not everything on menu is available Staff was excellent, attentive and super friendly Went out of their way to get us the conch salad that was not available There is access to the beach but nothing like pictures No chairs and stairs are broken. If it’s just a little windy. You cannot get in the water. You would have to go to a nearby beach. So if the beach is what you want. This place is not for you. Other than all of you above. Everything worked out. We rented a car, and we’re able to go to the beach.

staff did everything in their power to make us feel at home all week and they’re all super friendly, there’s a restaurant connected HIGHLY recommend food is amazing along with the service. right on the water too which can’t get any better :) can’t wait to go back seriously

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach. The beach was quiet, the water crystal clear, and the sand like powder. The people at the resort kind and very helpful. The resort itself need some updates. The AC, the rooms, and definitely a generator for when the lights go out. Also, they do not serve breakfast so if you need breakfast you have to fend for yourself. I would advise to rent a car so you have more flexibility.

Amazing view with custom home style atmosphere.. The owner and all of his staff will make you feel right at home the food was top notch with not having to wait for hours to get food brought to your table. Service was quick and prompt that's very hard to find in the Bahamas. Clear view of the Ocean from your room,pool, dining area and bar. Amazing beach to walk on and swim.

We were looking for an uncrowded, quiet and quaint lodging option. Wonderful staff, beautiful walks on the beach, incredible room views and the Blue Conch restaurant is delicious. Recommend a car to explore island. Staff arranged taxi to GGT and Emerald Bay Marina. Highly recommend if you are NOT looking for big resort vibe.

Exuma palms resort is a beachfront resort overlooking the ocean most especially when you wake up. It’s a 20min drive to George Town but there are grocery and liquor stores close to this property. There’s also a restaurant within the property owned by the owner of the resort himself, he is the chef too and his name is Joel and he is amazing! The food is really really good! One thing he did that amazed me is when he has to look for a conch as I have been craving for a conch salad when we got there and he made it possible for me to have it before leaving Exuma! We fell in love with Exuma and will definitely come back except for the no-see-ums lol. This place is highly recommended when you visit Exuma!!! Thanks Joel and your team, you guys are amazing and very nice people! ☺️ ! We love you guys! ❤️ Mark, Johana and Maja from Alberta, Canada❤️

Joel the owner was great! He even made us breakfast and coffee one morning. Our room was wonderful, very clean. It’s a small place- only 12 rooms total but it’s all you need here. It’s quiet, peaceful, clean and comfy. And right ON a beautiful beach!

It’s all about the pool and gorgeous beach! It’s cute. Nobody really around to help much ever. Restaurant is also cute, menu selection very limited. There’s nothing around the small hotel so you absolutely need a car rental or the taxi costs will be huge. We had a fridge and small microwave, that was nice.
